Professional Users determine how they use the Services, what information they collect from Visitors, why they collect it, who they contact, what communications they send, and whether information is shared with sellers or other parties.

“Account Holder” means the individual or organization that creates, purchases, sponsors, or controls a ShowSuite account.
“Authorized User” means an agent, broker, administrator, assistant, employee, contractor, team member, or other individual authorized to access an account.
“Customer Data” means information, records, and content submitted to, collected through, imported into, or generated through a Customer’s use of the Services.
“Organization” means a brokerage, real estate team, corporation, partnership, or other business entity that controls or uses an account.
“Personal Information” means information about an identifiable individual and includes equivalent concepts such as “personal data” where applicable.
“Professional User” means an Account Holder or Authorized User who uses the Services for professional, real estate, business, or administrative purposes.
“Visitor” means an individual who scans a ShowSuite QR code, accesses a property page, completes a registration form, attends or registers for an open house, requests property information, submits feedback, or otherwise interacts with a Professional User through the Services.

Communications sent on behalf of a Professional User may identify:
The Professional User and applicable Organization determine the recipients, content, purpose, timing, and legal basis of their communications.
Where required by law, commercial electronic communications should contain appropriate sender identification, contact information, and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism.
A recipient may unsubscribe using the method included in the communication or by contacting the sender.
ShowSuite may:
A Professional User remains responsible for ensuring that an individual is not contacted through another system or exported list after unsubscribing.
ShowSuite does not guarantee the delivery, receipt, opening, or response to any message.
Where an account is purchased, sponsored, or controlled by a brokerage, team, or other Organization:
Where an individual Professional User independently purchases and controls an account, that individual generally controls the Customer Data associated with the account, subject to applicable law and the Terms of Service.
ShowSuite is not responsible for resolving employment, ownership, lead, client, or data disputes between agents, teams, brokerages, administrators, or other parties.

Withdrawing consent or requesting deletion may limit the ability of ShowSuite or a Professional User to provide certain Services, respond to an inquiry, maintain an account, or retain legally required records.
Individuals may unsubscribe from ShowSuite marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in the communication or by contacting us.
Recipients of Professional User communications may use the unsubscribe method provided in the message or contact the applicable sender.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily prevent:
Professional Users are responsible for applying unsubscribe requests to information and systems they control outside ShowSuite.
Professional account holders must be at least 18 years old.
The Services are not directed to children.
Visitors who are under the age of majority in their jurisdiction should submit Personal Information only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from a child without appropriate authorization. If we learn that information was collected from a child contrary to applicable law, we may restrict processing or delete it.
A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has submitted information without appropriate authorization may contact us.
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, and services.
ShowSuite is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third parties acting independently from ShowSuite.
Users should review the privacy policies and terms of third-party services before providing information or enabling an integration.
Where an account is suspended or investigated for suspected:
